“Staff, clean room”

“I’d booked two rooms one for me and the other for my daughter. Her first room had opened bottles of champagne and trash. So, she was switched to another room and that room had ladies under garments and other items left from another patron, and she had to clean her room from the filth. She gotten no housekeeping services the entire time of her visit either. My room was filthy from the time of arrival until I checked out. I had to get my own cleaning products at the time of arrival around 130am....

“The staff was excellent. Parking great. Only complaint have not received an invoice from stay and we booked an extra night supposedly at the best price but pretty pricey”

“The kitchen garbage disposal did not work, my power was out at my home so I decided to get a room and I bought $200 worth of groceries and wasn’t able to utilize the sink, I reported right away, I stayed for three days and no one ever came. Upon arrival some kids were left alone which cause a fire in the microwave so my first room was smoky and my clothes were smoky just from walking up the hall. They did move my room and then I had the sink issue. Overall the hotel is beautiful, No one ever...

“I do not have any complaints about my stay here. It is easy to get in and out. Layout can be confusing at first but just lookout for signage. I like the aesthetic on the outside, it is unlike any other building in the area. I only stayed here for one night but the stay was very peaceful and comfortable. Overall for a simple short budget stay this place is fine”

“The room was clean the gentleman at the front desk when we checked in was very expeditiously with our keys and even told us if we had any problems to call him back down and he will take care of it breakfast was OK I understand hotels was full there were a lot of guests from the power outage.”

“Had to get a room here for a long layover. The staff was really nice but the rooms were not clean.”

“This Hotel is very clean with updates in room as well bath. Breakfast is great with good coffee. But for privacy we prefer higher level rooms, and they didn't grant us that. Next day storms hit the area and power outages were everywhere. Hotel has generator but only delivered power into the lobby but not the rooms, so they were hot. I know this is not the staff fault, but I feel staff can do better to comfort customers.”
